Virtual Courses
Virtual courses are non-refundable or transferable.
Virtual courses included with another service can not be redeemed or traded for any other service or monetary value.
Group Classes
Group classes need a minimum of 4 students to proceed. Classes with low attendance will be cancelled prior to the start of class, and payment will be refunded in full to any enrolled students.
Leash Free Living reserves the right to reschedule classes due to inclement weather. In such cases, students will be notified via e-mail at least two hours prior to class. Unless otherwise noted, the make up session will be added on the week following the end of class, at the same date and time.
Leash Free Living reserves the right to remove students or dogs that are disruptive to the group class. Any remaining class credits can be applied towards a different training program.
Unenrollment from a group class is 100% refundable if requested at least 72 hours prior to the start of class. After that point, Group Classes are non-refundable or transferable.
We do not offer make-up sessions for group classes. Group Class students can schedule a 30 minute private session at our facility with an apprentice trainer to cover missed material ($50).
