Alex started with Leash Free Living in 2022 as a Day Training Attendant and fell in love with dog training. He became very invested in training, especially with training his older dog Wally. Alex took group classes with his dog Wally here at Leash Free Living and was eager to soak in and learn as much as he could. Wally earned his CGC title and his Intermediate Trick Dog Title with the AKC.

Over the last few years, Alex learned and developed his skills as both a dog trainer, and as an instructor through our apprenticeship program. Alex is now one of our Apprentice Instructor and is teaching private lessons, group classes, and doing board and trains here at Leash Free Living!

Alex still owns Wally (12 year old mixed breed). When they are not training you can find them playing fetch, going for walks, and spending lots of time cuddling together too!
