We are heartbroken to hear of Dolly’s passing. In her memory, we have been reliving our favorite Dolly moments this week.
A couple of years ago we had the experience of a lifetime. We were able to travel to Nashville to provide dogs as animal actors for Dolly Parton’s Pet Gala. Lemon and Coaster were featured in all of the runway sets, helped with behind the scenes reels, and shot a group scene where Dolly read a children’s book to them in front of a live studio audience.
We were able to briefly meet Dolly, and watch her in action on the stage. Her reputation holds true. She was warm, gracious and the ultimate professional. It was an honor to be included in the project and an opportunity we are so grateful for.
